A plea to restaurantrepeneurs
Please, please, please set your sights a little lower. America already has enough fancy restaurants, and there are only so many date-nights in a week. What we need are more viable options for the regular meals. We need more alternatives to fast food. We need more <$10 dinners. I want to thank John Foley for echoing my sentiments in his recent article “Don’t choke on your menu“.
